The First Diagram Is Usually a Liar
What happens when diagrams get cheap enough to be wrong on purpose?
ROY (Return on Your Words) is the metric. A Council of AIs ran
seven platforms against the same brief, plus one specialist
purpose-built for Mermaid that should have dominated, and didn’t.
v0.5 is now live: the Council scored each other’s diagrams using
the same rubric the architect used, and every model was harder on
itself than the architect was. Read the scores, the model interviews,
and the meta-finding that changed how the Council was understood.
The “OverKill” in the name isn’t about complexity for its own sake. It’s
about going far enough into the details that you trust the system when
everything is moving fast.
Protocol-driven by default
We design AI interactions as protocols, not one-off prompts. Clear
steps, defined states and escape hatches for when reality doesn’t match
the diagram.
Performance forged, not presumed
The goal is to road-test systems with edge cases, weird inputs and
real-world mess. If it breaks, we reforge it. We don’t blame the user.
Crafted to scale with humans
The goal is not “replace the human.” It’s to build tools that help
ambitious people think more clearly, move faster and feel less alone in
the complexity.
Writing on the horizon
Two newer pieces are taking shape in the forge. Follow along while the drafts are still warm.
Some of the systems that live on the Hill, from concepts and prototypes
to usable tools. Open a project for its evidence, current limits
and next step.

Whether you’re ready for a single, precise tool or a whole custom stack,
OverKill Hill P³ is where we’ll translate what’s in your head into systems
that can actually carry the weight.
This is where AI systems are designed, tested, and hardened
for real-world performance, with the same care you’d give to a
structural beam or a bridge schematic.
